Role
One of three primary  team leaders working in concert with the Project Manager and Senior Designer,the Project Architect is responsible for the successful execution of the project’s full-scope services.

Responsibilities
• Leading the day to day activities of the architectural team with the Senior Designer throughout the design process and responsible for the production.
• Monitor work in progress to ensure project team compliance with all project milestones.
• Code and Zoning requirement compliance.
• Coordination of the design work of the consultants with the architectural work.
• Set up and maintain all project communications and record storage. Maintain control over distribution of all project documentation.
• Organizing and processing project-related correspondence in the performance of Architectural services during the Construction Documentation and Construction Administration phases.
• Professional Degree in Architecture.

Qualifications/Skills
• 5+ years experience in an Architectural firm (s).
• Working knowledge of 2D and 3D Graphic Softwares, with a demonstrated mastery of AutoCAD.
• Experienced practice in Sustainable Design.
• Architectural practice license desirable.
• Good communications skills in written and spoken English and Chinese are preferred.

• 制作项目文件，包括进行图纸排版、校对、负责技术内容的准确与完整等，保证设计意图的准确实施。
工作职责
• 与资深设计师共同带领团队进行日常设计工作，保证设计作品的质量。
• 负责项目进度按排，确保团队设计工作的阶段性进展符合项目进度要求。
• 对与项目相关的设计规范和规划要求的遵守全面负责。
• 负责项目其他专业顾问的设计工作与建筑专业的设计协调工作。
• 负责项目资料存档机制的健全，控制所有项目往来资料及信件的处理、分发。
• 在项目后期设计及施工阶段，负责组织并处理与施工单位或其它设计单位的设计信息交流与沟通。
• 建筑专业学位。
职位要求
• 5年以上建筑公司工作经验。
• 会使用2维及3维图形制做软件，熟练使用AutoCAD。
• 具备一定的可持续发展性建筑设计知识及经验。
• 拥有注册建筑师资质者优先。
•需具备良好的中文书写及表达能力，兼备英文听说读写能力者优先。
