Sustainable design is a great responsibility and the future of the architecture and construction industry. Years of professional technologies and experiences contribute to GAI’s leading position in sustainable design. To better balance the relationship of natural environment and urban living community, and to respect the urban communities and the natural environment we build in, GAI have successfully blended architectural design and sustainability with technological advance. In our effort to reduce the consumption of non-renewable resources, minimize waste and create healthy environments, we have amassed a healthy portfolio of green buildings which have various levels of LEED certification from the United States Green Building Council.
In an effort to fulfill the energy efficient and eco-friendly requirements in the most effective way, we have worked out solutions for each practical problem by the use of creative ideas and analysis. By the use of advanced technologies, close cooperation with clients, consultants and experts, our design works could apply “sustainable design” to “buildable area”, while bring the maximum benefits to energy efficient and eco-friendly buildings.
