Role
Under direct but minimum direction of the Design Principal, the Senior Designer is responsible for initiating the design input of all phases of a project which best meet the requirements of the architectural brief. Responsible for maintaining the design intent of the project through all design phases.

Responsibilities
• Detailed development of the design from Conceptual Design through to Design Development.
• Follow through of design input during the preparation of construction documents (i.e. developing details
that are the logical continuation of the design process) and to a degree during the construction process.
• Initiate design presentation strategies, create presentation materials and make presentations to clients,
public agency groups, and contractors as necessary. Provide daily direction to the architectural team
during the design phases.
• A command of work planning and the ability to evaluate the architectural teams’ skills and strengths is
required.

Qualifications/Skills
• Professional degree in Architecture. Professional licensing and registration is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in architectural designing, drawing, and detailing.
• Must have demonstrated above average creative talent which upholds the design philosophy of the firm.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team. Developed ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Working knowledge of building code and zoning regulations, and of office standards, policies and
procedures.
• Demonstrated excellence in drawing and rendering, three dimensional visualization, technical detailing
and building systems, and understanding of dimensional control.
• Ability to present projects verbally and graphically in way to convince clients and other team members
of the particular virtues of a proposed design.
• Demonstrated ability to work as an equal with the Project Manager and Project Architect, as well as
clients and consultants. Must be able to resolve conflict situations in a diplomatic fashion.
• Ability to schedule time and effort to meet deadlines.

工作职责
• 负责从概念设计到方案深化过程中各阶段的具体设计工作。
• 负责在施工图设计阶段至施工阶段按项目需要深化设计细节,保证设计意图的贯彻实施。
• 制定、组织设计方案展示策略,负责向客户、政府机构、和施工单位汇报/讲解设计方案。为项目设
计团队的日常设计工作提供必要指导。
• 能够按项目设计任务制定相应工作计划,能够准确评估及运用设计团队成员的技术水平和专业能力。
职位要求
• 建筑专业学位,具备注册建筑师资质者优先。
• 拥有3-5年循序渐进的建筑设计、绘图和深化设计工作经验。
• 须具备出众的创意能力,能够掌握公司设计理念,并准确地应用到项目设计工作中。
• 具备团队领导能力,拥有优秀的书面和口头表达能力。
• 能将建筑规范要求、公司的设计水准、工作规范、方式和流程应用到设计作品中。
• 优秀的绘图、制作二维及三维图纸的能力,并且熟悉建筑工程系统(包括通风、结构、外墙、
给排水、垂直和水平交通系统等),可以准确掌握建筑空间尺寸。
• 可以通过口头或图示与他人有效沟通并展示项目设计元素,以取得客户或其他团队成员对相关方案
设计特点的理解和认同。
• 能够胜任项目经理、项目建筑师、甲方代表和设计顾问的工作,及时转换工作角色,具备运用温和、
理性的策略解决工作分歧的能力。
• 合理规划时间,能够按照进度要求完成设计工作。
