JINHUA SONG / 宋锦华/ Founding Partner
Mr. Song is the founding partner of GAI. He is a National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) certified architect, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and a U.S. Green Building Council certified LEED Accredited Professional. He received Master of Architecture and Master of Infrastructure Degrees from New Jersey School of Architecture. Prior to establishing GAI, he was a Senior Associate of a well-known NY based architectural firm, and worked as the General Manager of their branch office in China. As a licensed architect in the State of New York and New Jersey with nearly twenty-year practice, Mr. Song holds extensive amount of both domestic and international large-scale project experience, with a valuable combination of design, management, and sustainable architecture expertise.
GAI 翰墨国际创建合伙人；美国国家建筑注册委员会 (NCARB) 认证建筑师；美国建筑师协会 (AIA) 会员；持有纽约州和新泽西州的建筑师执照；是美国绿色建筑协会 (USGBC) 的认证专家会员。他毕业于新泽西理工建筑学院，获得建筑专业硕士和基础设施规划专业硕士学位。他曾担任纽约某著名建筑师事务所的资深合伙建筑师，并任其在中国分公司的总经理。在近二十年的职业生涯中，在美国本土与境外主持、参与设计了众多大型项目，完成了不同类型项目从设计主创到项目管理不同阶段的工作，包括One River Terrace（获LEED 白金奖），Tribeca Green （获LEED 金奖），158 Madison Avenue Condominium（获LEED 银奖）等项目。
